St Peter’s Preparatory School sits on a beautiful rural site in East Devon surrounded by fields and enjoying unrivalled views over farmland down to the River Exe. We are seeking an experienced and personable Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deal with parents, pupils and staff in a positive, polite and professional manner, confident to work independently but also able to work effectively within a team.  The diverse demands of the job in a busy school environment require someone who is resilient and flexible.

The annual salary is around £25,500 and candidates should be prepared to work Monday to Friday 08:15 to 17:15 (with an hour’s unpaid break each day), including school holidays.  The salary includes six weeks’ paid holiday entitlement and time off can only be taken during the school holidays.
