Once completed, the registration form should be emailed to rachel.jupp@stpetersprepschool.co.uk, with the original being posted to the address below. Please pay your child’s registration fee electronically, according to the instructions on the reverse of the registration form.
Registration fees are non-refundable and the registration fee payable is £125.
