I write this from my office, with 80mph winds rolling off Dartmoor and into Harefield House. Rain is actually coming through the French windows. I am very glad that we did not try to attempt to have small children on this very exposed site during such weather. I do hope that you have all survived it and are safe and well.
Half-term approaches, as does Spring and the oncoming Summer Term. The daffodils are nearly out and we have great plans afoot. The staffroom has coped with gruelling and increasing staff absence over the last few weeks, some having delayed operations and others with the dreaded Covid. One day, we had 16 staff out on one day. I am very proud to say that we have managed to keep everything going and that is down to the formidable St Peter’s team. Well done to all.
