The main event this week was, of course, World Book Day. The staff were united in their opinion that this was the best yet with regard to costumes. Thank you so much for the effort made with helping the children at home. I had a ball as Dolores Umbridge from Harry Potter and I particularly enjoyed the power of the wand during the World Book Day assembly! Miss Hodder and Mrs Parker worked incredibly hard to provide some wonderful events for the children, ranging from peer reading to Quidditch. It was a very special day.
I’ve had a variety of visitors to my office with commendations for academic excellence this week. Wow! What incredible work the children have been producing.
