We are educating the architects, creators and engineers of the future.

“The pupils’ attitudes at all ages are very positive, the vast majority thriving and learning in an inspiring and stimulating atmosphere. Pupils enjoy great success working both independently and collaboratively and the two skills are clearly embedded within.”

Life at St Peter’s

Our purpose built technology classrooms support opportunities for the children to create, explore, design and make.

All pupils take a Design and Technology lesson each week and also use our Food Technology teaching space both as part of the curriculum and for activities.

Green screen technology is used regularly both in clubs and also as part of our performances. All pupils from Year 3 upwards are encouraged to use an individual Chromebook and Google Classroom is used fluidly by staff and pupils for classwork, as well as prep, and as an online platform.

Our timetable can move seamlessly to a fully structured remote learning offering. Children work collaboratively at home and at school and are encouraged to be curious, to find, research and present using technology in different ways. Our music room is kitted out with state of the art Music Technology software and the children create, compose and perform digital music together.
