On 10 July 2025, St Peter’s Preparatory School was thrilled to announce that pupils, staff, and the wider school community have raised a total of £16,037.50 for their two school charities: RNLI Exmouth and Charlie’s Beach School. Each charity will receive £8,018.75, a testament to the school’s strong spirit of giving and community involvement.
This total is the result of a year-long fundraising effort that included a variety of events. These ranged from fun and creative “House Days,” where pupils organised stalls, bake sales, and other activities, to the highly successful PTA Charity Summer Ball, which brought together parents and staff for an evening of celebration and giving.
Both RNLI Exmouth and Charlie’s Beach School play vital roles in education, safety, and wellbeing. The RNLI provides life-saving services along the coast, while Charlie’s Beach School offers free, year-round sessions to help children and families engage with the seaside through fun, educational activities.
St Peter’s Preparatory School would like to thank all pupils, families, and staff who have contributed throughout the year. Their generosity and community spirit have helped foster meaningful change and offered vital support to these charities.
