William certainly enjoyed his first RS Feva event qualifying half way through the “Gold fleet” National Championships at Weymouth and Portland sailing academy at the start of half term. After four full days of racing against over 200 other sailors at the event this gave him only two days break before he joined up with his St Peter’s colleague, Josh and another 110 sailors to attend the RS Tera single handed National Championships at Cardiff Yacht Club. After a further three days of racing in challenging conditions William finished the event as First Boy in the main fleet and Josh came second in the Regatta fleet. Prizes were awarded by Volvo Ocean Race/Team Sky 2018 crew Bleddyn Mon.
