School uniform can either be purchased new online from www.stevensons.co.uk (Customer service telephone number 01727 815700) or pre-loved from the PTA’s second-hand clothing sales.
The next PTA second-hand uniform sale will take place between 08:10 and 09:40 in the dining hall on:
12 November 2024
Please download a seller’s registration form here if you would like to sell second-hand uniform through the PTA.
Second-hand uniform sales take place throughout the school year and donations are very welcome.
All donations may be handed into reception at any time during term time and during the first week of the summer holidays. Donations accompanied by a seller’s form will be sold with 50% of the sale price going to the seller and 50% to the PTA.
If there is no seller form included it will be assumed that the uniform is being donated in full.
PTA uniform sales are run by a team of parent volunteers. If you would like to assist with the sorting, labelling, setting up or selling of the uniform sales please contact Sarah Simcock.
The second-hand uniform sale will no longer sell any uniform with the old logo. If you have any uniform with an old logo this can still be dropped off to school reception. We have a long-standing partnership with a school in the Gambia whose pupils are very grateful for our old logo donations. Please separate this from your other donations.
You may also donate white shirts, grey shorts, grey trousers, girls’ navy trousers and shorts. We will sell any of these in good enough condition with the full sale value going to the PTA. Anything unsold or unsuitable will be donated to Exmouth Friends in Need to support local families struggling with the cost of living and in receipt of food bank vouchers. They are also very grateful for donations of school shoes. We can pass these to Exmouth Friends in Need on your behalf.
Please ensure all uniform is clean and in good condition. Any uniform in poor condition or with old-style logos will not be sold and will be donated to Exmouth Friends in Need or to the Gambia where appropriate.
We also accept the following fancy dress costumes to support the themed days throughout the year. These will be sold with 100% of the sale going to the PTA.
Costumes often have many parts, therefore, please could all costumes be placed in a clear plastic bag (large freezer bags are ideal) and labelled with what it is and the age e.g. Egyptian Day girl’s outfit age 7-9.
