We are seeking a part-time Teaching Assistant to work in our Pre-prep and, as required, across the school (ages 3 to 13). This opportunity is offered as a fixed-term contract for up to one year, to cover a period of maternity leave.
A recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification is an essential requirement for the post and we will be unable to consider applicants without this. A current Paediatric First Aid qualification and experience of working in an Early Years setting are both desirable, but not mandatory, requirements. Additional experience of working in other age groups up to age 13 is advantageous.
The role is term-time only, working Mondays 08:00-16:00, Tuesdays 08:30-16:00 and Wednesdays 08:00-16:00 (with 30-minutes of unpaid breaks each day). The salary is £11,836 per annum, including statutory paid holiday entitlement, and will be paid in twelve equal monthly instalments.
