Dear Parents,
We waved a very excited group of children off to Rome last Thursday and what an adventure awaits them. There is a tour of the Colosseum, a visit to the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain and a trip to a Mozzarella farm before they move on to Sorrento with a trip to Pompeii and Mount Vesuvius, then a boat trip to Capri. All of us left behind in the rain are hugely jealous! We look forward to welcoming them back to hear all their stories.
Sadly, the weather put an end to our planned Easter Egg Hunt but thank you to the PTA for the delivery of 300 Easter Eggs for the children.
We closed the term with our Easter services and final assembly. Congratulations to Lake who are winners of the Murray Cup for this term. There is a list of prize winners at the back of this newsletter.
We have included a list of key dates for the Summer term in the newsletter and you can see that there is so much to look forward to.
I wish you all a Happy Easter and a wonderful holiday at the end of a very successful, if not particularly sunny, term!
